Solar Plexus (or 3rd, Navel)

The Solar Plexus chakra is the color YELLOW and it is located in the upper abdomen in the region of the stomach.
It's theme is will power, self-confidence, personality, self-development, self-definition, self-control, self-awareness, feelings, sensitivity and (inner) power (empowerment). This chakra is responsible for providing energy to all of the other chakras. This energy effects all other chakras. Like the shining sun, this energy radiates through the entire body, bringing us alive with life energy. This chakra being fully awake with inner power (empowerment) provides us the foundation for a healthy personality and gives us the ability to see projects through to their conclusion. The solar plexus is connected to our emotions.
