Information on Chakras

Chakras
There are eight Chakras that are the most acknowledged and talked about. They are: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow, Crown and our aura. Chakras are energy centers in our physical body and each one provides us with a ton of information about ourself. Chakra in Sanskrit means "wheel". Each center is continually moving even though these centers can become sluggish or need cleared from time-to-time due to circumstances in life. Our goal is true balance (male and female) which our Chakra centers help in providing when we take our time and allow each chakra to open in its natural order (start with the Root and working our way up to the Crown). This can happen with natural ease when we follow the natural flow. Each Chakra center compliments an opposite Chakra center.
NOTE: I strongly caution against starting with and/or opening only the Crown Chakra without first awakening the other Chakras in their natural order (this will cause an imbalance of superstition, apathy and illusion). Enjoy your time here on Earth and start by being grounded! There is a reason we are here on Earth and the Root is where it all starts to unfold with ease and balance.
